Beef Sukiyaki

 
 

Ingredients

Boneless Beef Sirloin

Celery Stalks

Spinach - Fresh

Sliced Bamboo Shoots

Vegetable Oil

Green Onions - cut into 2" lengths

Directions

  1. Cut beef sirloin into thin slices, cut celery diagonally into 1/2" slices.
  2. Slice onions, bamboo shoots, noodles.
  3. Cut firm tofu into 1" cubes.
  4. Place all pieces onto a large platter.
  5. Warm oil in skillet at 300°. Add 1/3 of meat and 2/3 vegetable & tofu, keeping the remaining ingredients separate.
  6. Add 1/3 more beef; cook 1 to 2 minutes longer.
  7. Add spinach and cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Add remaining ingredients to skillet as needed. Serve immediately.
