Canton Beef Stir-Fry

 
 

Ingredients

Beef Sirloin, Boneless>

Vegetable Oil

Snow Peas

Directions

  1. Cut beef sirloin into thin strips.
  2. Add vegetable oil to wok or large skillet and over high heat stir-fry beef strips for 2 minutes. Then remove.
  3. Heat oil in same pan. Add mushrooms; snow peas trimmed and halved, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  4. Add beef, can of baby corn, drained, and stir-fry sauce. Cook, stirring for 1 minute.
