I started using the Tofu Miso soup yesterday and also going to the gym as a 1st timer. I also started going to the Sauna. I am 151 lbs and 5'3 let's see where this get's me. I am looking to loose the baby fat in my belly from giving birth to my now 3yr old son.

Everything I've tried has failed. So now I am trying the soup with 1hr a day at the gym & sauna. I'd like to go down to 120lbs.
