___________________________________________________________________________ * to parboil: Boil water in a pot and add a pinch of salt (optional); add the Shirataki Noodles and quick-boil for about 1-2 minutes. Drain and rinse.
Combine 6 cups dashi; shiitake & shiitake liquid; 2 carrots, thinly sliced; 2 green onions & tops, chopped; 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced on diagonal; 1 package (7 oz)
JFC Iki Shirataki, drained & coarsely chopped; 1 tbsp.
Kikkoman Soy Sauce & 1/8 tsp. pepper in large saucepan.
Bring to a boil.
Stir in 8 oz. skinless, boneless chicken breast meat, slivered.
Return to a boil.
Reduce heat to low; cover & simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
Ladle into soup bowls.
Makes 4 servings, about 2 cups each.
Extremely cold
