Oyster sauce is a common condiment in Cantonese and Vietnamese cuisine. It is a thick liquid that has the taste of oysters, and has sugar and salt added. Fish sauce is common in South East Asia, and is an important ingredient in many Asian curies sauces, soups, and casseroles. These sauces can be used to create wonderful Asian dishes, or to accent them.
