Honestly, I didn't know what to expect from Soba Noodles. It looked like ramen noodles to me, but it is DELICIOUS!!! The flavor is unique, and I don't know what it is, but it has a zing to it! All I can say now is, "Screw Ramen, I'm going for Soba now!!!" >:D I even tried them cold, the traditional way to eat them, and it was still good!
