Maru Mochi Round Rice Cake is made from glutinous rice, and because of that gains a lot of the versatility that rice has. These Mochi rice cakes are round, and shaped like biscuits. They can be prepared either as a dessert with ice cream or other sweets, or eaten as a meal, and can be grilled, fried, made into a soup, or cut up and put in a stir fry. We recommend frying these, then eating them with soy sauce and some dried nori. |
