This was our first intro to instant dashi. Very strong fish aroma, but nice and not nearly so fishy in flavor. I mixed it one teaspoon per cup of water. Quite savory. I would buy it again.

Strong flavors and so easy to use. While I prefer fresh-made dashi, this instant dashi works great for speedy recipes.
