If you haven't noticed by now I'm on quest to try all the breads offered from this website. This is the third one I've tried and I can still remember the taste. It was....strange. Not in a bad way. Very sweet and buttery. The texture is what confused me. At first I thought..sponge cake but then it's far more substantial than that. It intriges me. So I'm going to try more to see if I have the same response. All in all it was very very good. I'd call it a 'refreshing' snack.
