Cooking Directions
- Rinse Kagayaki Rice lightly and drain
- combine 1 cup rice water in medium saucepan
- bring to a boil reduce heat to low and simmer
- coverede for 20 minutes or until water is absorbed
- remove from heat and let stand covered 10 minutes.
Note: If using electric rice cooker, combine 1 cup rice and 1 cup water. When cooking light goes off, let stand 10 minutes.
