These Hi-Chews have a sugary, sweet taste with a long lasting flavor and a chewy texture. They have a fruity taste of melon, but are not the same as the original Hi-Chews. These are made in Taiwan, and have 10 pieces rather than 12. Each piece is slightly larger than the Japanese Hi-Chew, and the flavor is a little bit more robust. If you’re looking for the traditional Hi-Chews, which have a somewhat more juicy effect, then click here.
