This udon noodle soup has plump and tender noodles with a deliciously satisfying broth. It is recommended to boil hot water separately and then add to the bowl as the noodles will expand. We love this udon bowl though we do prefer cooking in a pot over the hot water method. Seasoning is not powder but real sauce and comes with tiny flakes of tempura batter gives it an authentic flavor. We're ordering some more right now.
