I ordered gluten and they substituted this product. It has proteins from both gluten and soy. I usually just buy the "protein" canned and add fresh vegetables. This was great though. Quick meal. All I had to do is make the rice. No chopping vegetables forever. I would rate the sauce a little better than just the gluten too. Sometimes I just want the protein and other times, having the vegs all ready there is quick and easy. And it tastes great too. I'll be ordering more. I'm not a huge fan of canned vegetables and normally I might not have liked the substitution. But when it tastes this good and frees up my time to do other things...thanks. Moral of "story": next time you receive a substitution for an out of stock item, it may be better than the original item; just go with it.
