Product Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 pkg NOH Chinese Barbecue Char Siu Mix
- 1/2 cup water
- 1-1/2 pounds pork (pork butt, ribs, chicken, etc.)
Directions:
- Add package of seasoning mix to 1/2 cup water
- mix thorougly
- marinate 1-1/2 pounds of meat (pork or chicken)for a minimum of 4 hours
- overnight is best
- preheat oven 350 degrees F.
- Place meat on rack in a roasting pan and cook for 20 minutes.
- turn meat over and cook for anothe r20 minutes or until done.
