Product Recipe

Ingredients:

    • 1 pkg NOH Chinese Barbecue Char Siu Mix

 

    • 1/2 cup water

 

  • 1-1/2 pounds pork (pork butt, ribs, chicken, etc.)

Directions:

  1. Add package of seasoning mix to 1/2 cup water
  2. mix thorougly
  3. marinate 1-1/2 pounds of meat (pork or chicken)for a minimum of 4 hours
  4. overnight is best
  5. preheat oven 350 degrees F.
  6. Place meat on rack in a roasting pan and cook for 20 minutes.
  7. turn meat over and cook for anothe r20 minutes or until done.
