Product Recipe

FRIED RICE SEASONING MIX

  • 1 package Kikkoman Fried Rice Seasoning Mix

  • 2 strips bacon*, cut in 1/4-inch pieces

  • 3 green onions, chopped

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • 3 cups cold cooked rice

Directions:

  1. Dissolve mix in 2 tbsp. water; set aside
  2. Cook bacon in wok or large skillet over medium heat until crisp
  3. Add green onions; stir-fry 1 minute
  4. Add egg and scramble
  5. Stir in rice and cook until heated, gently separating grains
  6. Add seasoning mixture
  7. cook and stir until well blended
