| I love this stuff! It is not very spicy so you can add some spice if you want or if you cook for those who turn their nose up at the heat you are probably safe. I add some thinly sliced carrots, a can of bamboo shoots, and shrimp to jazz it up a bit. For the shrimp I keep it easy and just use frozen cocktail shrimp. I prep shrimp first by running under cold water and removing tail. Then refrigerate until the meal is about done, adding it last, and stirring until warm. By adding the extra veggie matter I can have a healthy meal all in one dish. Serve over rice and DONE! The more you add to it you might concider using 1.5 to 2 packets of seasoning though. |
