Product Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 4 patties
  • 1 package tofu burger patty mix
  • 12 oz firm tofu
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Cooking Directions:

  1. In a medium size bowl, mash tofu and thoroughly mix with tofu burger patty mix. (Divide tofu mixture into 4 patties.)
  2. In a frying pan, heat oil, saute patties until golden brown on both sides.

Suggestions: Serve with soy sauce, ketchup, BBQ sauce, salsa, or ponzu; it enhances the flavor! If you would like to add meat, mix a half of tofu (6 oz) and add ground meat (6 oz) of our choice.
