Product Recipe

* to parboil: Boil water in a pot and add a pinch of salt (optional); add the Shirataki Noodles and quick-boil for about 1-2 minutes. Drain and rinse.

Chicken Vegetable Soup

  • Soak 3 Dynasty Shiitake mushrooms in 1 cup hot water 30 min.
  • Drain & reserve liquid
  • Remove & discard shiitake stems, thinly slice shiitake
  • Combine 6 cups dashi; shiitake & shiitake liquid; 2 carrots, thinly sliced; 2 green onions
    & tops, chopped; 1 stalk celery, thinly sliced on diagonal; 1 package (7 oz) JFC Iki
    Shirataki
    , drained & coarsely chopped; 1 tbsp. Kikkoman Soy Sauce & 1/8 tsp. pepper
    in large saucepan.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Stir in 8 oz. skinless, boneless chicken breast meat, slivered.
  • Return to a boil.
  • Reduce heat to low; cover & simmer 10 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
  • Ladle into soup bowls.
  • Makes 4 servings, about 2 cups each.
