This is the best price online that I can find. These noodles are great in a stir fry and allow for some variety in a low glycemic diet. Since they have no flavor of their own, adding a zesty stir fry type flavor is quite good. Just work with them.

I enjoyed these noodles and will be purchasing more. Easy to prepare, and they really do pick up the flavor of whatever they're mixed with.

These things are like millions of rubber bands in your mouth. I can only tolerate them being on a diet. If I weren't on a diet, I'd chunk them out.

So far great prices on the Shirataki noodles. I haven't received the item yet or experience shipping. Will write a review on that later. This is the first time on the site. So far so good...
