Product Recipe
MIRIN CHICKEN
- Combine 1/3 cup Kikkoman Kotterin, 1/4 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce, 3-1/2 teaspoons Oriental sesame oil and 1 clove garlic, pressed;
- Pour over 6 boneless chicken breast halves in large plastic food storage bag.
- Press air out of bag. Close top securely.
- Turn bag over several times to coat all pieces well.
- Refrigerate 2 hours; turning bag over occasionally.
- Broil chicken 4 to 5 inches from heat source 6 to 7 minutes on each side or until chicken is no longer pink in center
- Makes 6 servings
