Product Recipe
Canton Beef Stir-Fry:
1. Cut 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin into thin strips
2. Stir-fry in 1 tbsp. vegetable oil in hot wok or large skillet over high heat, 2 mins. Remove
3. Heat 2 tbsp. oil in same pan.
4. Add 8 oz. mushrooms, sliced; 4 snow peas, trimmed and halved; & 1 large carrot, julienned; stir-fry 3 mins.
5. Add beef, 1 can (15 oz) baby corn, drained & 1/2 cup stir-fry sauce
6. Cook, stirring, 1 minute
