Product Recipe
Chef Chu's Szechuan Cold Cucumbers:
1. 8 slender cucumbers cut into finger sizes, in bowl mix with 1/2 teaspoon salt.
2. Seasonings
a. 1 clove garlic, sliced
b. 2 teaspoons Hot Sesame Oil
c. 1 tablespoon red rice vinegar
d. 2 tablespoons sugar Pinch ground
e. Szechuan peppercorns or black pepper
3. To cold mix, drain cucumbers well and add SEASONINGS, mix well, and let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
