Product Recipe
Ingredients:
1 pkg (5.3 oz) maifun
Grapeseed oil for frying
12 oz skinless, boneless chicken breast meat, cooked, cooled and shredded
2 qts shredded iceberg lettuce
1 cup chopped green onions & tops
3/4 cup minced fresh cilantro
1/3 cup Mitsukan Seasoned rice vinegar
2 teaspoons Orchids Pure Sesame oil
Directions:
1) Fry 1/4 maifun as directed on package.
--Fill Wok about 2” of oil
--Heat oil on high about 200 degrees
--Once it’s hot enough toss the noodles
--It should expand quickly, if not oil is not hot enough.
--It takes less than 60 sec. to cook.
--Once it’s done remove from oil then place on paper towel
2) Wrap remaining maifun for use another time.
3) Combine chicken, lettuce, green onions and tops, cilantro in large bowl.
4) Refrigerate until ready to serve.
5) Add maifun, vinegar and sesame oil.
6) Toss to combine.
7) Serve immediately.
Makes 4 to 6 servings
