Product Recipe
Directions:
- Boil oxtail in 10 cups of water and simmer until very tender, leaving about 3 cups of broth.
- Increase the heat and add 2 pieces or 7 oz (200 g) sliced egplant and 9 pieces or 5 oz (150 g) long green beans (sitaw) and cook another 2 minutes.
- Combine 3/4 cup peanut butter with 1 pouch Stew Base (Pang Kare-Kare) Mix.
- Stir in 1 cup broth and mix well until smooth.
- Gradually stir this mixture into the simmering oxtail and continue cooking until sauce thickens.
- Add 12 pieces or 7 oz bok choy leaves and cook until done.
- Add salt to taste and serve with sauteed shrimp paste (bagoong).
