I bought this to try out the other day and got the last bottle they had. I used it in a recipe for Oyakadonburi. I used 1 tbsp per person in a recipe that was to serve 4 people and added water for the rest of the liquid called for. I also added the soy sauce, mirin, etc called for in the recipe. The dish turned out excellent. I was very pleased. I plan to use this a lot as it is a simple and healthy recipe. I hope they get some more in soon!! One more thing, I was a little leery as it does list MSG, although it is the last ingredient. I tend to be pretty sensitive and I did not have any problems.
