Product Recipe
Serving Size: 3-4
- shirataki noodles
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 block of firm tofu, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 cup of sliced bamboo shoots
- 1/2 pound of fresh spinach
- 2 cups of sliced mushrooms
- 3 green onions cut into 2-inch lenghts
- 1 pound beef sirlion steak or chicken, thinly sliced
- 1 cup of marukin sukiyaki sauce
Directions:
- heat oil in a large skillet
- add ingredients except spinach into skillet, keeping them as separated(as shown in the picture)
- add marukin sukiyaki sauce,
- cook on medium heat for 5-6 minutes.
- add spinach and cook for another 2 minutes
