I love getting bowls of ramen like this! I have this brand in a few other flavors in a Japanese market across town, I can say I absolutely love the taste of Menraku ramen.
The miso flavoring comes in a little packet, which you add after the noodles have steeped in the water for a few minutes. It has a wonderful earthy flavor and is a great change up from the average chicken-flavored ramen noodles. My only complaint were how the noodles were very easy to fall apart.
