Product Recipe
Beef Sukiyaki
Serving Size: 4
- 2 lbs. boneless beef sirloin
- 4 stalks celery
- 2 onions
- 1 bunch green sliced bamboo shoots
- 7oz. JFC Shirataki Noodles
- 1 firm tofu
- 1 tbsp. vegetable oil
Directions:
- Cut beef sirloin into thin slices, cut celery diagonally into ½-inch slices
- Slice onions, bamboo shoots, noodles
- Cut black tofu into 1-inch cubes. Place all pieces onto a large platter.
- Warm oil in skillet at 300 degrees. Add 1/3 of meat and 2/3 vegetable & tofu, keeping the remaining ingredients separate.
- Add 2/3 cup sukiyaki sauce. Cook for 5 to 6 minutes; turn ingredients over gently.
- Add 1/3 more beef; cook 1 to 2 minutes longer. Add remaining ingredients to skillet as needed. Serve immediately.
