I am a huge fan of these noodles. They have a great seafood flavor with a mild spice. The noodles have good chew and the seaweed aroma as it is cooking really gets you ready for a bowl. Great with kimchii or eggs added in.

this nong shim is realy good i would give it ten million stars the heat level isint to hot and the noodles are chewey good density great!
