Good wasabi for the tube style. This stuff is actually made in Korea and you might want to note some important differences between this and what you might get in a Sushi restaurant. First the color is more yellow-green than green. The FD&C Blue and Yellow used is probably a little heavy on the yellow side. It is also sweetened with Sorbitol and another sweetener. I found it to be a little too sweet for my taste, and the Sorbitol gave it a very slight aftertaste if you eat it right out of the tube, like I did for testing. It's got a real long shelf life, which means it can stay in the pantry for a year or so. It doesn't have to be refrigerated until opened. So overall, it's quick, tastes pretty good, great for sushi at home since I tend to dunk my right in the soy sauce dish. The small tubes cut down on waste, and no it's not as good as my Sushi bar, but great for those fish dishes that I do at home. Close enough.
