I wasn't sure what to expect, but this is a very tasty hot drink. I thought it would be a soup, but it's a powdery drink mix with a sweet almond flavor. There are no instructions in English so I found the following translation from the manufacturer's site <www.smile-sun.com> : Can be reconstituted with 200 c.c. (about 6.75 ounces) hot water, or added to milk or soy milk for drinking.
