I brought this from a store from Uwajimaya, which I was surprised to find one, and the tea was good. I was glad that the company made this type of tea, cause I can't have anything that is high in sugar. And if wondering to use milk? The answer is no, you have to use water which requires 120ml which I believe is 1/2 cup.

There's absolutely no directions for actually making this stuff. Do I add milk or do I add water, and how much? Honestly, I think I'd care more about how to make it than how many calories I'm ingesting (after all, Japanese nutritional information is pretty easy to follow without a translation).
