Note: To those who complain that this product is from Taiwan... it says as much right on this website's picture of the package and it appears as part of the product description. Besides, why does this matter? This company is called "ASIAN food grocer" and do you think that the Japanese only consume products originating in Japan? Please refrain from posting frivolous reviews that have little to do with flavor or quality of the product. Such 'reviews' are extremely unhelpful.

i like fried squid so i gave this a try...it was so gross. it doesnt mention it in the description but it has a sweet sugary taste to it. not good at all
