ok. Very fishy like. I have never tried squid til I got this. It's really sweet. Has a fishy after taste. Recommend eatting with something else to break up the taste.

It really is like the beef jerky of the sea...except it's also sweet in addition to being salty. I can't say I hated it, but I can't really say I liked it, either. But it was interesting!
