Product Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup Cooked Chicken, Beef, Pork, or Fish; 1/4 inch diced (if desired)
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 3 cups Cooked, cold rice
- 3 Green Onions, sliced
- 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 Eggs, beaten
Directions:
- In a large skillet, heat oil; stir-fry rice, green onions, and red bell pepper.
- Add seasoning and soy sauce; stir-fry 1 minute.
- Push rice to side, add eggs, scramble; stir into rice.
- Add chicken, beef, pork, or fish if desired.
