Product Recipe

Ingredients:

    • 1/3 cup Cooked Chicken, Beef, Pork, or Fish; 1/4 inch diced (if desired)

 

    • 2 tbsp Oil

 

    • 3 cups Cooked, cold rice

 

    • 3 Green Onions, sliced

 

    • 1/2 Red Bell Pepper, chopped

 

    • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce

 

  • 2 Eggs, beaten

Directions:

    1. In a large skillet, heat oil; stir-fry rice, green onions, and red bell pepper.

 

    1. Add seasoning and soy sauce; stir-fry 1 minute.

 

    1. Push rice to side, add eggs, scramble; stir into rice.

 

  1. Add chicken, beef, pork, or fish if desired.
