Product Recipe

Ingredients:

    • 3/4 lb Chicken, Beef, or Pork; cut into strips

 

    • 1 tsp Sugar

 

    • 3 tbsp Soy Sauce

 

    • 1/4 cup Water

 

    • 2 tbsp Oil

 

    • 1 Medium onion, sliced

 

    • 2 Carrots, sliced

 

    • 1 Red or Green Bell Pepper; sliced

 

    • 1/4 lb Fresh Mushrooms, sliced (optional)

 

    • 1 can (8 oz) Bamboo Shoots, drained

 

  • Optional Crushed Red Chiles

Directions:

    1. Combine mix, sugar, soy sauce, and water; blend and set aside.

 

    1. In large skillet or wok heat oil, add meat, and stir-fry until brown.

 

    1. Add onion, carrots, and bell pepper; stir fry.

 

    1. Add mushrooms and bamboo shoots; stir-fry.

 

  1. Add seasoning mixture; stir-fry 1 minute until thickened.
