Product Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3/4 lb Chicken, Beef, or Pork; cut into strips
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 3 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 1/4 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Medium onion, sliced
- 2 Carrots, sliced
- 1 Red or Green Bell Pepper; sliced
- 1/4 lb Fresh Mushrooms, sliced (optional)
- 1 can (8 oz) Bamboo Shoots, drained
- Optional Crushed Red Chiles
Directions:
- Combine mix, sugar, soy sauce, and water; blend and set aside.
- In large skillet or wok heat oil, add meat, and stir-fry until brown.
- Add onion, carrots, and bell pepper; stir fry.
- Add mushrooms and bamboo shoots; stir-fry.
- Add seasoning mixture; stir-fry 1 minute until thickened.
