Product Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb boneless, skinless Chicken, cut into bite-size pieces
- 1 tbsp Sugar (reduce to 2 tsp if desired)
- 1/3 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 4 Green Onion
- 3 Celery Stalks
- 1/2 Red or Green Bell Pepper
- 4 Carrots, sliced
- 4 Mushrooms, sliced
- 1 can (8 oz) Bamboo Shoots, drained
- 1/2 cup unsalted Cashews (optional)
Directions:
- Combine seasoning, sugar, and water.
- Heat oil in skillet or wok; stir-fry chicken.
- Add vegetables except mushrooms and bamboo shoots; stir-fry until tender.
- Add remaining vegetables; stir-fry.
- Mix in cashews as desired.
