Product Recipe

Ingredients:

    • 1 lb Chicken, Beef, or Pork; cut into strips

 

    • 2 tbsp Soy Sauce

 

    • 2 tsp Sugar

 

    • 1/3 cup Water

 

    • 2 tbsp Oil

 

    • 1 Red Bell Pepper, 1/4 inch slices

 

    • 1 Onion, 1/4 inch slices

 

    • 2 Celery Stalks, 1/4 inch slices

 

    • 2 Carrots, cut in matchstick pieces

 

  • 1/4 lb Broccoli Florets, bite size pieces

Directions:

    1. Blend seasoning, soy sauce, sugar, and water; set aside.

 

    1. In a large skillet or wok, heat oil; add meat and stir-fry until browned.

 

    1. Add vegetables; stir-fry.

 

  1. Add seasoning mixture; stir-fry 1 minute until thickened.

* If desired, substitute snow peas, sliced mushrooms, or water chestnuts for any of the above vegetables. If in a hurry: Use 1 package (1 lb) frozen Oriental vegetables (without sauce) in place of fresh.
