Product Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Chicken, Beef, or Pork; cut into strips
- 2 tbsp Soy Sauce
- 2 tsp Sugar
- 1/3 cup Water
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, 1/4 inch slices
- 1 Onion, 1/4 inch slices
- 2 Celery Stalks, 1/4 inch slices
- 2 Carrots, cut in matchstick pieces
- 1/4 lb Broccoli Florets, bite size pieces
Directions:
- Blend seasoning, soy sauce, sugar, and water; set aside.
- In a large skillet or wok, heat oil; add meat and stir-fry until browned.
- Add vegetables; stir-fry.
- Add seasoning mixture; stir-fry 1 minute until thickened.
* If desired, substitute snow peas, sliced mushrooms, or water chestnuts for any of the above vegetables. If in a hurry: Use 1 package (1 lb) frozen Oriental vegetables (without sauce) in place of fresh.
