Canton Beef Stir-Fry
Serving Size: 4
- 1 lb boneless beef sirloin
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 2 tbsp oil
- 8 oz mushrooms, sliced
- 4 oz snow peas
- 1 large carrot, julienned
- 15 oz baby corn
- 1/2 cup stir-fry sauce
Directions:
- Cut beef sirloin into thin strips
- Add vegetable oil to wok or large skillet and over high heat stir-fry beef strips for 2 minutes. Then remove.
- Heat oil in same pan. Add mushrooms; snow peas trimmed and halved, and carrot. Stir-fry for 3 minutes.
- Add beef, can of baby corn, drained, and stir-fry sauce. Cook, stirring for 1 minute
