Product Recipe
Sweet & Sour Pork:
- Cut 1 lb boneless pork in 1-inch cubes; coat with mixture of 1 tbsp. each cornstarch and
- Kikkoman Soy Sauce.
- Brown slowly in 2 tbsp. hot oil in skillet.
- Add 1/4 cup water; simmer, covered, 20 minutes, stirring twice.
- Cut 2 carrots into thin slices, 1 onion and 1 bell pepper into 1-inch squares; stir into skillet with 1 cup Sweet & Sour Sauce.
- Simmer, covered, 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add 1 cup pineapple chunks; heat through.
Makes 4 servings.
