Product Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 package Kikkoman Szechwan Shrimp Stir-Fry Seasoning Mix
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided
- 1/2 pound medium-size raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 carrot, thinly sliced
- 1 onion, chunked
- 1 green pepper, chunked
Directions:
- Dissolve mix in vinegar and 1/2 cup water; set aside.
- Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in hot wok or large skillet over high heat; add shrimp. Stir-fry 1-1/2 minutes; remove.
- Heat remaining oil in same pan. Add vegetables; stir-fry 3 minutes.
- Return shrimp to pan with seasoning mixture.
- Cook and stir until sauce boils and thickens and shrimp and vegetables are coated with sauce.
Makes 3 to 4 servings
