Product Recipe

Ingredients:

    • 1 package Kikkoman Szechwan Shrimp Stir-Fry Seasoning Mix

 

    • 1 Tbsp. vinegar

 

    • 2 Tbsp. vegetable oil, divided

 

    • 1/2 pound medium-size raw shrimp, peeled and deveined

 

    • 1 carrot, thinly sliced

 

    • 1 onion, chunked

 

  • 1 green pepper, chunked

Directions:

    1. Dissolve mix in vinegar and 1/2 cup water; set aside.

 

    1. Heat 1 Tbsp. oil in hot wok or large skillet over high heat; add shrimp. Stir-fry 1-1/2 minutes; remove.

 

    1. Heat remaining oil in same pan. Add vegetables; stir-fry 3 minutes.

 

    1. Return shrimp to pan with seasoning mixture.

 

  1. Cook and stir until sauce boils and thickens and shrimp and vegetables are coated with sauce.

Makes 3 to 4 servings
