AMAZING! I like normal, unsalted Japanese rice, but furikake makes it AWESOME. This flavor is especially great sprinkled on top of onigiri with umeboshi filling, and I like to practically layer it on top of plain rice. However, if you don't love seafood flavors, don't get this -- bonito flakes are very, very fishy!
