Soy Flour improves the taste and texture of many common foods, and often reduces the fat absorbed in fried foods. It is also a great source of soy protein. With a taste similar to peanut butter, you can drizzle it on your rice crackers for a renewed treat. |

| I had never tried this until I ordered some from AFG. What a tasty and healthy treat! I have been putting it on my morning toast with either a dab of butter or olive oil, but also sprinkled some over some red bean crepes I made. It's nutty and really doesn't need anything added to it. It has its own unique and delicious flavor all on its own. I find that it is a good peanut butter replacement, since most commercial peanut butters have a ton of added oil, sugar, and salt. |
