| I've never had roast duck before, but I know that this tastes nothing like it, because it tastes like gluten. (Which it is.) It's a bit hard to describe the taste of gluten. The best I can do is say that it's savory and has a chewy sort of rubbery texture. It makes a great meat alternative in recipes. Notice I say "alternative" and not "substitute". If you buy this expecting it to taste just like meat, than you will be disappointed. It does taste delicious, though. |
