For Green Tea Cupcakes: |

Slightly melt butter on high for 30 seconds or till soft. |

Add sugar and mix until light and fluffy for 3 minutes. |

Mix eggs/egg yolks and genlty mix for 30 seconds till fully mixed. |
| 4. |
Use electronic hand mixer and mix together flour, baking powder and salt. Add batter mix to combine. |

Mix matcha and milk with batter till fully mixed. |
| 6. |
Scoop batter into cupcake papers |
| 7. |
Bake for 22-25 minutes. |
Candy Toppings: |
| 1. |
After cupcakes are cool, spread a smooth layer of white frosting. |
| 2. |
Cut Hello Kitty Coconut Milk Wafer into triangle shape, then place it on top side of cupcakes as ears. |
| 3. |
Cut Strawberry Pocky into quarters and place two as bows or (Good'n Plenty Candy) |
| 4. |
Place two Meiji Marble Chocolate for the eyes and one yellow for the nose. |
| 5. |
Cut the Chocolate Pocky into quarters and place three on the left and right sides as whiskers. |
