  Chicken Thighs
 
 2  tbsp Mirin  
 2  tbsp Soy Sauce  
 2  tbsp
Sesame Oil

Directions
1. Remove skin and excess fat from chicken
2. Combine chicken, Mirin, Soy Sauce and Sesame Oil, in a large plastic food storage bag. Tie bag securely and mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour
3. Place chicken, in a single layer, on rack and place broiler pan. Broil 5 to 6 inches from the heat for 20 minutes. Turn chicken over and broil for an additional 10 to 15 minutes or until chicken is cooked through
