Rinse well and drain shirataki noodles, put into a bowl

Microwave noodles for 1 minute then drain and pat dry

Cut noodles into 6-8 inches of length

Add cheese, sour cream, broccoli and mix thoroughly

Top with cooked shrimp

Add salt and pepper for better taste, and sprinkle basil over noodles
