Cut spareribs into 1 rib pieces |

In a large plastic food bag marinate ribs in mixture of soy sauce, hoisin sauce and pressed garlic cloves.

Marinate for 30 minutes on each side. Place ribs meaty side down in foil lined pan. Cover it, then bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes |

Drain off excess fat. Mix 1/4 cup of Hoisin Sauce and tbsp honey. Brush rib with 1/2 the mixture. Bake undercovered for 10 minutes |

Turn ribs over and brush with remaining sauce, bake 10 minutes longer and then serve |
