Chinese Beef Lo-Mein

 
  
 
2  pack Instant Egg Noodles (beef flavor 2.5 oz pk)  
1/2  bunch Green Onions (chopped) -or-  
1  lrg Onion or Both  
1/2  lb Lean beef (sliced)  
4  tbsp Soy Sauce  
2  tbsp Cornstarch  
1/2  lrg Green Bell Pepper (chopped)  
1/2  small Cabbage (thin shred)  
2  tbsp Vegetable Oil  
Chinese Beef Lo-Mein
 
Directions
1. Heat oil in pan.
2. Add ground beef, onions and bell pepper. Stir thoroughly, when half done, add cabbage.
3. Cook 2 packages of noodles according to directions (only 3 minutes).
4. Let set 1 minute. Pour over meat-cabbage mixture. Add seasonings from noodle package.
   
  Substitutions: Chicken or pork can be substituted for beef.
