Noodle Salad Asian Recipe

 
  
 
 pack Nissin Chicken Flavored Ramn Noodle   
 cups  Water  
 can  Orchids Bamboo Bhoots Sliced (drained)  
1/2  cup Orchids Sweet Baby Corn Whole (drained)  
1/2  cup Bacon (chopped)  
  Egg (hardboiled and chopped)  
    Lettuce (chopped)  
1/2  cup Tomato (chopped)  
3-5  tbsp Yuzu Cooking Juice (to taste)  
 tbsp   House Shichimi Togarashi Red Pepper

Directions
1. Put 2 cups of water in a cooking pot then bring to a boil.
2. Once the water is boiling add your ramen noodles with the seasoning packet. 
3.  When the noodles are done, drain the water.
4. In a separate pan, cook the bamboo shoots, corn and bacon on medium heat.
5.  Add the bamboo shoots, corn, bacon, lettuce and tomato to the noodles.
6.  Add the Yuzu Cooking Juice and throughly mix the ingredients.
7.  Finally, add the chopped egg on top.

This recipe calls for tasty ramen noodles to be prepared with chopped vegetables, bacon, tomato, yuzu cooking juice and red peppers. For a healthier dish, forego the ramen seasoning and make your own!
