Products Damaged or Shipped in Error
Products are free of damage and breakage when your order is shipped from our warehouses. Although Asian Food Grocer (AFG) products are packaged very carefully, damages may occur in transit. AFG guarantees to replace products broken or damaged in transit at no additional cost to customers. All damaged items will need to be returned to us. We will not ship out the replacement items until we receive and inspect the damaged item(s) that are returned.
Shipping charges on the original order will be refunded or a credit given only if the merchandise is damaged in transit or was shipped in error. Otherwise, you will be responsible for the shipping charges plus a 10% shipping & handling fee.
Unopened merchandise may be returned within 10 days of receipt. Contact AsianFoodGrocer.com's Customer Service regarding the reason for the return BEFORE returning merchandise. Returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Return Mailing Instructions: AFG's Customer Service will arrange pick-up with FedEx. Include the original packing slip with the merchandise.
